"Guard your heart with all diligence, for from it flow springs of life."
Proverbs 4:23

Believers are called to embrace vigilance and self-control, guarding their hearts with unwavering diligence to prevent desires from leading them into sin.
Ravi Zacharias was a globally renowned Christian apologist, author, and speaker, celebrated for his ability to articulate and defend the Christian faith. Yet, after his passing in 2020, investigations revealed profound moral failings. He had abused his position of trust and authority to exploit women, including massage therapists, across various countries. These findings underscored systemic failures within his organization, where critical warning signs were overlooked and accountability measures were lacking. Despite his vast knowledge of Scripture, Ravi’s actions revealed a tragic disconnect between his public ministry and private life. His downfall serves as a sobering reminder of the consequences of neglecting vigilance and humility.
Proverbs 4:23 urges believers to cultivate integrity, purity, and spiritual vigilance, anchoring their lives in God’s truth to withstand the temptations and trials that seek to lead them astray.
“Your heart is like a garden. You must be careful how you tend to it.”
