Code of Conduct for TNI Members
As members of Tyrannus Network International, we are called to uphold Biblical values in our professional and personal lives. This Code of Conduct serves as a guide to ensure integrity, ethical business practices, and a Christ-centred community where trust and mutual support thrive.
1. Christian Integrity and Ethical Conduct
-
Conduct all business dealings with honesty, transparency, and integrity (Prov. 11:1).
-
Be truthful in advertising, marketing, and product/service representations.
-
Avoid deceptive, unethical, or exploitative business practices.
-
Honour commitments, contracts, and agreements made with fellow members and clients.

2. Christ-Centred Business Practices
-
Glorify God in all business activities, recognising that success is a stewardship entrusted by Him.
-
Seek to bless others through fair pricing, excellent service, and ethical dealings.
-
Strive for excellence in work, maintaining professionalism and respect for clients, partners, and employees.
3. No Exploitation of Spiritual Relationships
-
Do not pressure or manipulate members into business transactions by using Biblical language or spiritual relationships.
-
Avoid exploiting TNI for personal gain at the expense of others’ well-being.
-
Understand that participation in the network does not guarantee business deals or preferential treatment.
4. Fair Business Dealings and Conflict Resolution
-
Refrain from engaging in unfair competition, gossip, or negative speech about fellow members (Eph. 4:29).
-
Resolve disputes with other members privately and in a Biblical manner (Matt. 18:15-17).
-
If a business conflict arises, seek mediation through TNI leadership rather than engaging in public disputes.

5. Respect for Chaplains and Leadership
-
Recognise that chaplains serve a spiritual role and are not to be solicited for business deals, commissions, or personal financial gain.
-
Honour the guidance of chaplains and leadership, and do not attempt to use them for business leverage.

6. Confidentiality and Trust
-
Respect the confidentiality of all personal, spiritual, and business matters discussed within the network.
-
Do not share sensitive or proprietary business information of other members without their consent.

7. No Discrimination or Unethical Behaviour
-
Treat all members with respect, regardless of their background, industry, or financial standing (Jas. 2:1-4).
-
Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or unethical competitive behaviour.

8. Financial Responsibility
-
Pay debts, invoices, and commitments in a timely and ethical manner.
-
Do not engage in fraudulent or predatory financial practices that could harm members or the network’s reputation.

9. Participation and Community Building
-
Actively engage in meetings, networking events, and network initiatives.
-
Support fellow members by offering encouragement, referrals, and collaboration where appropriate.
-
Be generous with knowledge, experience, and wisdom to help others grow in business and faith.

10. Accountability and Consequences

All members are accountable to the network’s leadership and must abide by this Code of Conduct.
